At Blue Azalea Design, we work with the client to:​​

• Design a custom new home or large-scale renovation

• Architectural design presented in 2D and 3D

• Plans provided Included 3 revisions and meetings where visuals are presented in 2D and 3D for walk-through visuals.

At Blue Azalea Design, we work with both the builder and the client to: ​

​

• Create construction documents for the builder including but not limited to elevations for plumbing, electrical, cabinetry and other various materials

• When appropriate, manage the allowance selections process, keeping those selections organized, assist the owner through the process and provide selection information to the trades

• When applicable, manage the purchase, billing and logistics for items purchased through Blue Azalea Design. Provide installation elevations or information as needed

• Act on behalf of the owner for selections should approval be provided

• Keep up to date and communicating with all applicable parties

​At Blue Azalea Design, we work alongside the client to:

• Create a comprehensive design of the furnishings and decor to take the home from construction finished to lived in finished  

• Provide room boards to display selections 

• Design with items supplied by the client or items available for purchase through Blue Azalea

• Handle purchases, logistics and any questions or issues

• Create a beautiful, functional, well thought out space for your family

At Blue Azalea Design, we help the client with: ​

• Installation services that cover all of the logistics, planning and on-site implementation needed to finish the home and make it move in ready
